Fees, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by guests

• 7 or more days before check-in: full refund, including the service fee.
• 2 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the nightly total and cleaning fee. The service fee is not refunded.
• Less than 2 days before check-in: no refund.
• If a host cancels, you always get a full refund.

Refunds are sent to the M-Pesa number used to pay, usually within 2 business days.

Fees for guests and hosts

Guests pay the nightly price, any cleaning fee, and a service fee of 6% of the nightly total. Hosts pay a commission of 8% of the nightly total, taken from their payout. Listing is free.

When hosts get paid

Payouts are sent to the host's M-Pesa number 1 day(s) after the guest checks in.
